Payment and Cancellation Policies
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 1 night (balance due 30
days in advance). A security deposit of $500.00 is required at time of
booking. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling
fee) if the unit is re-rented.
Pet Policy
Absolutely no cats, dog or any other type of pet allowed.
Quiet Time Policy
11pm to 8am.
Infant Policy
Guest is responsible for the safety of all their children.
Check In/Out
You may check in after 4pm and stay until 11am on your departure day.
